How do I track my order?
You’ll receive order status updates via email.
You can also access this information in the “My Account” section. If you aren’t registered, click on the “Order Information” link in your confirmation email to track it.
What are your delivery options?
The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase and the availability of items.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost and the delivery date of your order.

Collection at a Zara store - FREE
At the store you choose in 3-5 business days.

Home delivery: DURING SALE, FREE SHIPPING OVER 50 USD APPLIES ONLY FOR FULL PRICE ITEMS
The day after your purchase - 9.95 USD or 19.95 USD (depending on delivery address). 25.00 USD only for Alaska and Hawaii.

At the drop point of your choice within 2-4 business days.
We will show you the available drop points at the time of purchase.
How do I return an item?
You may return to any ZARA location OR request shipping label from customer service. Drop off locations are at any FedEx or UPS store.
Will I get money back from a return if purchased using a gift card?
Returns for purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to the same Gift Card. If the return is for an online purchase, you will receive a virtual copy of that card with the updated balance with an email confirmation of the return. If you do not have your gift card available at the time of return, the refund will be made on a Voucher Card.
If you used more than one payment method at the time of purchase and you want to make a partial return of your order, as a priority the refund will be made to the payment method that is not the Gift Card.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, our shipping is worldwide.
What is your returns policy?
The exchange and return period is 30 days from the purchase date. The amount will be refunded via the original payment method you used for the initial purchase. Remember that exchanges and returns can only be made in the same country/region where the items were purchased EXCEPT online purchases.
